Sopra Steria as consortium partner of PwC EU Services
EEIG, has been awarded a major framework contract for Advisory and Consulting
services in the field of Information and Communication Technology by the European
Commission. This inter-institutional contract allows all EU institutions, Agencies and
Bodies across Europe, to procure high level advice and consultancy services
covering a wide area of key topics and domains in the area of ICT over a duration
of 4 years. The Sopra Steria/PwC consortium was ranked 2nd amongst the eight
contractors of this multiple framework contract.
Sopra Steria, alongside PwC1, will deliver its consulting expertise in areas where it already has a
strong track record, such as digital transformation, support to the implementation of EU
directives in IT projects, advice on interoperability of trans-European systems and e-government services, the use of new innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence,
blockchain or the Internet of Things (IoT), data management and big data processing,
cybersecurity, and many others.
With its digital transformation consulting brand composed of more than 3000 experts in
Europe, Sopra Steria supports its clients, not only to study and analyse their needs, but to
design genuinely actionable strategies with tangible results, using a differentiating approach

The users of this contract include the EU Institutions, Agencies and Bodies across the European

the ground. In support of this effort, the objective of the European Commission is to facilitate
the smooth functioning of European cross-border public services between public
administrations, businesses, and citizens of the European Union.
