In February 2022, Sopra Steria Benelux received its first Great Place to Work certification, reflecting the major transformation programme initiated over the last few years despite a challenging context due to the pandemic. To celebrate this accomplishment and to thank our employees for the commitment to their work and our company goals, all 3 Benelux countries organised a special gathering to kick off the summer.
On May 18th our Dutch colleagues gathered together to sail in Utrecht canals and have a tasteful dinner at Winkel van Sinkel. To close the evening, they enjoyed some wines and beers. It was a beautiful day full of laughing and sharing stories!
On May 31st our Luxembourgish colleagues organised a get-together to not only celebrate their Great Place To Work recognition but also the re-opening of their improved offices. The day started with a walk around the new office, followed by some food and refreshments. The newly acquired office space is a reflection of Sopra Steria’s growth in the last two years coupled with the ambitious expansion plans.
On June 7th our Belgian colleagues had a “Summer of Love” celebration at Chalet Robinson. Our employees were asked to wear a Flower Power outfit, and we were surprised with some of the results! It was an incredible evening with a delicious BBQ and a dance to end with.
All employees received a unique Sopra Steria GPTW present as a thank you for their commitment in us becoming a Great Place to Work for them.
