Brussels, 6 October 2025 – Sopra Steria has been awarded the Security-as-a-Service (SecAAS) 2 Lot 2 Control & Audit contract by the FPS Finance, enabling up to 95 federal institutions to access cybersecurity inspection and audit services. The contract, with an initial duration of seven years and the possibility of two one-year extensions, will play a central role in increasing the cyber resilience of Belgian society.
The SECaaS2 framework supports federal entities in complying with the NIS2 directive, GDPR and other European and Belgian regulations. By ensuring conformity, it provides long-term continuity in the protection of critical government operations and reinforces Belgium’s ambition to become one of the most secure countries in the EU.
