As part of the OCTOPLUS consortium, Sopra Steria has been awarded a place on the European Commission's DIGIT-TM III framework contract for the 2026–2030 period. The consortium has been awarded all three lots of the framework, enabling it to support the European Commission and other EU institutions across a broad range of IT and digital services.
A framework supporting Europe's digital services
DIGIT-TM III continues the work carried out under DIGIT-TM II and will support the delivery, maintenance and evolution of critical digital services over the next four years.
The framework covers the full lifecycle of digital services, ranging from software development, cloud and cybersecurity to data, AI, enterprise architecture and project management activities.
A trusted partner for European institutions
As a long-standing supplier to the European Commission, Sopra Steria brings extensive experience in delivering IT and digital services within complex and highly regulated environments.
Through DIGIT-TM III, Sopra Steria will continue to provide expertise across multiple domains while leveraging its large talent pool, mature recruitment processes and established delivery governance to support the Commission's digital initiatives. Today, nearly 200 Sopra Steria consultants are already contributing to activities delivered under DIGIT-TM II.
Contributing to the next phase of Europe's digital transformation
As digital services continue to play a central role in the operation of European institutions, DIGIT-TM III will contribute to the modernisation, security and resilience of key systems used across the European Commission and other EU bodies.
Through its participation in the OCTOPLUS consortium, Sopra Steria looks forward to continuing its collaboration with the European Commission and contributing to the next phase of its digital transformation journey.
