Sopra Steria Belgium receives Great Place to Work certification for a second consecutive year

Sopra Steria, a European leader in consulting, digital services, and software development, has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the second consecutive year in Belgium. The recognition comes as a confirmation of the major transformation programme initiated over the last few years to build a welcoming and caring company whose culture and values are shared by all.

For the last 5 years, Sopra Steria has worked on its internal culture, leadership, and processes to strengthen its well-being at work, make its employees happier and obtain the coveted certification. Having put the challenges of the pandemic behind and learnt from the experience, Sopra Steria continues to grow by focusing on employee well-being as the gold standard.

The certification was achieved based on the evaluations provided by our Benelux-based employees in an anonymous survey conducted during the last quarter of 2022. The results of this survey are a direct reflection of the efforts done to focus on employees and culture. The goal is to build a workplace that takes individual’s health seriously, is based on mutual trust, open communication, and the positive contribution of our business to society.

We are proud to receive this certification once again in Belgium. It is a clear indicator that we are heading in the right direction and a reflection of our efforts to offer employees a place where they are seen and valued, but also where they can perform at the highest standards. We will continue this process of continuous improvement together with all our employees to take advantage of what is going well and work on the areas of improvement. I remain personally committed, like the entire management team, to supervising and supporting this very important process.
