Application Process

Would you like to know more about us and our business? Would you like to have a better vision of daily life within the group? Do you have questions about development and career opportunities?

Interviews are not the whole recruitment process. The first step is to meet us, talk to our employees, discover our premises, etc. during our recruitment sessions, parties, school forums, student challenges and sporting events.

Upon receipt of your application, we will study your CV and cover letter to assess whether they meet our expectations and needs. If your profile matches, we will call you to discuss your application and your motivation for joining us.


Your telephone pre-interview

You will first be contacted by telephone for an initial exchange that will focus on your career plan, your availability and your mobility.

This preliminary stage allows us to check that our respective expectations are in agreement.

Your first interview online or in our offices 

You will then be contacted for one or more interviews: it's time to show your motivation! Find out more about the group, make sure you have mastered the job description and highlight your concrete experience. This will be an opportunity to discuss in detail the context of the projects and your future assignments. Depending on your profile, you may be offered technical, English or personality tests.

Be curious, ask questions and encourage dialogue. If your technical or professional skills are essential and must be put forward, your interpersonal skills are just as important!

Be natural and remain yourself while maintaining a professional attitude. We are looking for open and curious personalities who will be able to integrate effectively into our teams: do not hesitate to show us that you share our state of mind and our values.

We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your experience and share the feedback of collaborators you met during your interview process.

A personalised welcome on your first day
On arrival, you are greeted by HR, your manager and your buddy. Accessible and attentive, they will present your project and your work environment. You will meet the teams with which you will work and will be accompanied in your first steps on your project.

Discover your new ecosystem
You will be invited to participate in an On Boarding Day to discover your new ecosystem (the group, your entity, etc.) and learn what Sopra Steria is all about.
