What does your regular day-to-day look like for you?
As a junior Business Analyst, my role involves analysing business operations, engaging with different stakeholders, devising solutions, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and development outcomes. My typical day involves communicating and reporting to our Developers, ensuring a smooth project progression and alignment.
My objective is to enhance efficiency and satisfaction among stakeholders while leveraging opportunities to gain experience and grow, bridging the gap between technical expertise and business requirements.

Listening skills are also crucial for understanding various positions and roles within the organisation. What project are you working on?
Currently, I am involved in digitalising an extranet for a private life insurance company. My role includes evaluating new functionalities, collaborating with partners and stakeholders, and guiding our Developers toward effective solutions. My objective is enhancing user experience and workflow efficiency.
