SOPRA STERIA is looking for an experienced SERVICE MANAGER.

Client Name

  • FOD/SPF BOSA Digital Transformation - BOSA-DT supports the government, federal organizations and privileged partners in achieving digital transformations of their business processes.

 

 

Function

  • Coordinating BOSA internal resources and IT partners/third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Being in contact with both the end user (citizen) as the partners
  • The Service (Delivery) Manager will function as an interface to the Service Desk –by qualifying incidents before dispatching them and by reviewing aggregated incident data to discern trends and problems.The Service Desk is the primary point of contact for citizens.
  • The person will also be in close contact with the development team as BOSA is transitioning from pure development to business support.
  • Acting as “A can-do mentality” is important.

Profile

  • Solid educational background
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Proven 5+ years of working experience in a financial environment
  • Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Experience in working in agile development environments
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • SCRUM / AGILE certification are a plus
  • Languages: NL and FR
